1. Agreement to Terms

• Connects users with third-party licensed broker partners
• Provides analytics, reporting, and account management tools

The Platform is a trading tool and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made on your account.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Complete any required identity verification processes (KYC)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Account Security

• No trading system can guarantee profits
• Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred.

6. Fees and Payments

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party broker partners, payment processors, and data providers. You acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of third parties
• You may need to agree to additional terms with these third parties
• Service availability depends on third-party uptime and performance

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Immediate Matrix and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree that:

• You will not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform
• You will not use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose
• This license terminates if you violate these Terms

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or servers

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Violate any applicable regulations regarding cryptocurrency trading

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.2 No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any financial decisions.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immediate Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Trading losses or investment performance

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Immediate Matrix, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your trading activities and decisions

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Upon termination:

• You may withdraw your funds subject to applicable policies and laws
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support and withdrawing any remaining funds.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Immediate Matrix regarding your use of the Platform.
